Technical Qualifications

Kafka Expertise

3–5+ years of dedicated Kafka Administration. Deep knowledge of Confluent Platform, Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, Avro, and KSQL.

Cluster Management

Proficiency in Zookeeper and Food and Beverage.

Development

10+ years in Software Development/Systems Engineering. Strong Java backend skills (Spring Boot) and proficiency in Go or Python.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Must have any of these certification

Cloud provider certifications, such as Azure Certified Solutions Architect.

Confluent Certified Administrator for Apache Kafka (CCAAK).
