HYBRID in McLean, Virginia - 3 days per week

GOLANG experience is a big portion of this

6 month contract to start, extensions from there (all of the contractors we've had at Booz have lasted 1-2 years+

3 days in office

possible C2H

2 rounds of interview (coding then design/behavior)

Must have

Experience developing backend services (i.e REST API services, at least 3+ years) in programming languages like Go (Prefer) or Java/C# (but they will be developing primarily in Go so able to learn and ramp up quickly). Experience building services and deployed to AWS in production env. Experience with using AI tools for development.
