About the Role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with hands-on Moveworks experience to lead enterprise AI implementations, onboard internal teams, and deliver integrations and automated workflows.

Approximately 85% of this role focuses on Moveworks solution delivery, including stakeholder discovery, configuration, knowledge-base ingestion, integrations, testing, and production rollout. The remaining responsibilities include supporting enterprise IT systems and assisting with complex technical escalations.

The ideal candidate can take ownership of ongoing projects, communicate effectively with nontechnical stakeholders, and independently drive solutions from discovery through launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for AI-powered support and automation.
• Configure, implement, and maintain Moveworks solutions, including onboarding teams and connecting knowledge sources.
• Own solution delivery from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, tuning, and production launch.
• Integrate Moveworks with ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
• Build and troubleshoot automated workflows using APIs, integration tools, and scripting.
• Document configurations, integrations, workflows, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams and vendor partners to resolve issues and improve platform capabilities.
• Provide occasional L2/L3 escalation support for enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cloud services.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant technical experience in systems engineering, solutions engineering, integrations, software development, or a similar role.
• Recent, hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or administering Moveworks; ideally 1–2+ years of platform experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions from requirements gathering through production deployment.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently, make sound technical decisions, and manage work with limited direction.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow automation.
• Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, Bash, or a comparable language.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT service management workflows.
• Experience with Workato, ServiceNow Flow Designer, Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Linux, Microsoft Entra, AWS, or enterprise systems administration.
