Service Desk Analyst - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst for an on-site position with a leading law firm located in St. Louis, MO. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This position is on-site 5 days per week.

Compensation

Dependent upon skill and experience level.

Our client's service desk operations team is seeking intellectually curious, problem-solving individuals to build their new team. This role will provide first-level technical support within a legal environment, utilizing industry-specific software. This is an excellent opportunity for growth as the client prefers to promote from within.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users
• Address issues such as password resets, Word formatting, and document comparison tasks
• Log and manage incidents using the Freshworks (Fresh Service) ticketing system
• Support legal-specific software including Litera, Intapp, iManage, and Big Hand
• Follow established workflows for issue escalation

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an IT service desk or technical support role
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder to support a government enclave environment
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift schedules
• Must be able to work 5 days a week in the office in St. Louis, MO
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a results-oriented mindset
