Job Summary

This Information Security Analyst – Privileged Access Management role reports to the Team Manager within an 18-person team. The position is focused on Identity Access Management (IAM) operations as part of business-as-usual (BAU) delivery, managing users, roles, and access across a variety of systems while ensuring adherence to the bank's policies, guidelines, and EP Controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Identity Access Management — add, remove, change, and otherwise manage users, roles, and access across a variety of systems
• Effectively manage requests from users, managers, and other teams in priority order and in a timely manner
• Ensure that the bank's policies and guidelines relating to Identity Access Management are adhered to and implemented
• Ensure the ongoing quality and adherence of all EP Controls for the bank

Required Skills

• Understand IT Access Management standards and lifecycle
• Ability to add, remove, and change (Privileged ID Lifecycle) roles and access across a variety of systems including UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, and Databases
• Working knowledge of UNIX, Windows, and Database security controls and access management
• Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management) technologies and standards
• Knowledge of Security and technology standards (e.g., infrastructure, processes, applications, Windows, Active Directory, request systems)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to research, analyze, and problem-solve issues
• Experience with SailPoint Access Management Hub
• Strong communications skills

Preferred Skills

• IAM certifications
• Experience with ServiceNow

Education Requirements

• University Technology Degree (nice to have — relevant degree preferred)
• Certification with Access Management (IAM certifications are nice to have)

• Minimum 1 year of overall experience
• Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM)
• Knowledge of UNIX, Active Directory, and Database security controls and access management
