Pro-Code Scripting

Apply JavaScript and Glide APIs (Script Includes, Business Rules) to extend low-code capabilities.

Automation & Integration

Create workflows via Flow Designer and connect third-party systems using IntegrationHub.

Governance

Review application requests, enforce platform guardrails, and manage deployments using App Engine Pipelines or Update Sets. Requirements & Certifications

Experience

3+ years of ServiceNow development with a strong focus on custom/scoped apps.

Technical Skills

JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
