Design and implement end-to-end Sales & Order Management (SOM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Configure product catalog, order capture, decomposition, and fulfillment workflows. Develop using Flow Designer, integrations (REST/SOAP), and ServiceNow scripting. Integrate SOM with CRM, OSS/BSS, and downstream provisioning systems. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Ensure smooth order lifecycle management, testing, and deployment support.

Required

ServiceNow CSA certification, SOM experience, and telecom domain knowledge preferred
