Senior ServiceNow Discovery Developer (ServiceNow Discovery Certified)

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery implementation and support.
• Expertise in MID Servers, Discovery Patterns, Sensors, IRE, and CMDB Health.
• Experience discovering and managing AWS, Azure, and GCP resources within ServiceNow CMDB.
• Working knowledge of Python scripting for automation and tooling.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Discovery performance, credentials, and infrastructure integrations.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, and AWS services.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, ServiceNow AI, and other GenAI coding assistants.
• ServiceNow Discovery Certification required.
• AWS experience preferred.

Key Expectations

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools as part of day-to-day development activities.
• Work closely with the ServiceNow Engineering team supporting enterprise solutions hosted primarily on AWS.

• Must have access to a ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) before the interview.
