Description

• Define and maintain the enterprise technical architecture across all UISIM components.
• Govern solution designs from both external vendors and internal ITS teams.
• Ensure alignment with statewide enterprise standards, cloud patterns, and security requirements.
• Validate integration designs, shared services patterns, and cross-module workflow orchestration.
• Oversee architectural consistency across Benefits, Appeals, Employer Services, and supporting domain services.
• Support high-volume processing, data-exchange integrity, and secure system interactions.
• Review vendor architectural artifacts, APIs, and integration specifications.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to internal development teams and vendor engineers.
• Establish long-term architectural blueprints supporting modular enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state requirements such as IRS Pub. 1075, HIPAA, and CJIS

Mandatory Qualifications 1

96 months of experience in a enterprise architecture of systems, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms.

2

36 months of experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale Angular applications, including reusable components, responsive UI, state management, and REST API integration.

36 months of experience in architecture leadership roles including governance and cross-module integration.

4

24 months of experience in integrating enterprise systems with high-security data-exchange environments.

5

24 months of experience with GCP (GKE, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC SC, secure egress).

6

24 months of experience in high-compliance environments (IRS Pub 1075, CJIS, HIPAA).

7

24 months of experience designing architectural guardrails and integrity/security validation frameworks.
