Automation Test Engineer (Mobile/iOS, Swift, XCUI, Java, Playwright, Selenium)

Our client, an IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Automation Test Engineer (Mobile/iOS, Swift, XCUI, Java, Playwright, Selenium) for their Austin, TX location.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ experience in Software Development / Testing with Strong business analytical skills to understand the critical business flows for an application.
• Must have Hands on Experience with Java and TypeScript programming.
• Experience in designing and development Test Automation Framework from scratch using Playwright, Selenium.
• Must have hands-on experience with Swift programming, with the ability to write and maintain automated tests for iOS applications
• Must have experience in Mobile app Testing for iOS platforms, writing native automation scripts using Swift and XCUITest (XCUI).
• Must have proven expertise through work experience in test automation scripting and strong debugging skills.
• Services Automation: Must have handson experience in REST API and Web Services testing and automation using tools/frameworks such as REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent.
• UI Automation: Strong experience in developing and maintaining scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
• Must have strong analytics, reporting skills and ability to communicate risks and issues effectively and timely.
• Should be familiar with design patterns and participate in architecture discussions with the development team.
• Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins/Kubernetes/docker/AWS
• Experience in Functional & integration testing.
• Good experience in Agile Methodology, standard testing techniques and principles
• Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to Performance Testing and knowledge of JMeter tools
• Must have Hands on Experience with Java and TypeScript programming.
