ETL Developer

Our Client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for an Enterprise Tech - ETL Developer for their Greensboro, NC/Raleigh, NC/Remote location.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
• Create and maintain mappings, workflows, sessions, and transformations
• Develop data integration solutions to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
• Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of ETL processes
• Optimize ETL performance and implement tuning strategies
• Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts for job automation, scheduling, and monitoring
• Work with SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects for data processing
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with standards
• Participate in SDLC phases: requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment"

Requirements

• Informatica PowerCenter / Informatica Cloud (IICS)
• Strong knowledge of ETL development and data warehousing concepts
• Proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and Shell scripting
• Experience in data modeling and database design
• Knowledge of workflow scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys)
• Understanding of performance tuning and optimization techniques
• Experience working with multiple data sources (XML, flat files, RDBMS)
• Preferred/Additional Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience with version control and release management
