It seems they have 90% work experience in backend like AWS/Spring/Java. But I need candidates more on UI experiences on ReactJS, TypeScript, Javascript. I have mentioned this in the vendor call too. Is it possible to communicate these to the vendors

Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with working experience in Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and backend technologies.

This is a 100% hands-on coding role. The developer will build scalable, high-performing user interfaces while contributing to backend services, APIs, cloud deployments, testing, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications and Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience developing modern web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and component-driven UI development.
• Experience with React hooks, state management, reusable components, REST API integration, and frontend performance optimization.
• Ability to build accessible, scalable, maintainable, and high-performing frontend applications.
• Working knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot for backend service development and integration.
• Experience developing or consuming RESTful APIs and microservices, with an understanding of secure API practices.
• Working experience with AWS services, preferably EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, or Datadog.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks, including Jest, React Testing Library, and JUnit.
• Experience with Docker and familiarity with Kubernetes or other container orchestration technologies.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies, including LLM integrations, agentic workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and evaluation.
• Ability to participate in code reviews, promote coding standards, and contribute to scalable frontend and backend solutions while remaining hands-on.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering enterprise-scale or customer-facing web applications.
• Experience with frontend architecture, design systems, and reusable UI component libraries.
• Familiarity with web accessibility, browser compatibility, and frontend security best practices.
• Experience working in cloud-native environments and distributed systems.
