Security Tooling Optimization Engineer (26-00702) -

What you will do

• Identify response features in CrowdStrike, Wiz, and Akamai that are not yet in use
• Configure and test those features
• Write playbooks so the Security Operations Center and incident responders use them consistently
• Measure the risk reduction each feature delivers

What you bring

• 8+ years in security engineering
• Deep hands on experience in at least two of CrowdStrike Falcon, Wiz, and Akamai (WAF, bot, and DDoS protection), with CrowdStrike plus either Wiz or Akamai
• Experience finding unused response features, configuring them, and testing them
• Experience writing SOC and incident response playbooks
• Ability to measure value and risk reduction

• Falcon Fusion and Real Time Response
• Wiz response and remediation actions
• Akamai App and API Protector
• SOAR and Python
• Metrics and KPI reporting

Preferred certifications

CrowdStrike CCFA or CCFR, Wiz certifications, cloud security certifications, GCED

CrowdStrike Falcon (Falcon Fusion, Real Time Response), Wiz (response and remediation actions), Akamai (WAF, bot, and DDoS protection, App and API Protector), SOAR, and Python.

Be ready to share specific examples of features you enabled and the measurable outcomes.
