This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager II (Growth & Traffic) based in the United States.
The Senior Product Manager II will lead strategic product initiatives focused on growing traffic and user acquisition across a multi-brand digital ecosystem. Working at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, Data, and Engineering, you will build scalable acquisition strategies that turn high-intent visitors into active users. You will own key growth channels and platforms, including real-time bidding, partner integrations, attribution, and traffic quality systems. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on experimentation, using data and customer insights to identify the strongest opportunities for growth. You will partner directly with marketing leadership, influence investment decisions, and guide cross-functional teams toward measurable business outcomes. You will also mentor other product managers and help establish scalable growth practices across the organization.
Accountabilities
- Analyze traffic performance, customer behavior, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and build compelling business cases for investment.
- Align executives and marketing leaders around acquisition strategies, priorities, and measurable growth objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day job distribution operations, including the real-time cost-per-click (CPC) bidding engine, API partner integrations, attribution systems, and click-quality controls such as bot detection and fraud quarantine.
- Own the Joblist traffic-arbitrage channel, managing Google bidding strategies and return on ad spend (ROAS) targets while optimizing it as a traffic source for the broader marketplace.
- Partner with Engineering to define and execute the long-term growth technology roadmap, identifying scalability challenges and prioritizing platform investments.
- Lead experimentation across customer-facing experiences and acquisition journeys, using research and performance data to determine what to test and improve.
- Identify and resolve growth and onboarding bottlenecks, helping teams make informed product decisions in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Coach and mentor product managers and cross-functional partners, strengthening growth strategy, execution, and decision-making capabilities.
- Define, monitor, and report on key growth metrics, including traffic growth, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC) relative to lifetime value (LTV), and retention.
- Continuously optimize acquisition channels and user journeys to improve traffic quality, conversion, and long-term marketplace performance.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of product management experience, with a strong track record of driving traffic growth, revenue, and user acquisition at a senior or principal level.
- Experience working directly with marketing executives and sharing responsibility for acquisition goals, strategies, and budgets.
- Deep understanding of marketing technology (MarTech) integrations, SEO, paid media attribution, programmatic landing pages, and personalized user journeys.
- Strong expertise in web analytics, user behavior modeling, and experimentation methodologies.
- Ability to translate data and customer insights into product strategies, investment priorities, and measurable business outcomes.
- Proven ability to build trust across cross-functional teams, resolve competing priorities, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience coaching and mentoring mid-level product managers.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Hands-on experience with custom media attribution solutions, predictive lifetime value (LTV) models, or programmatic SEO.
- Experience leading growth initiatives across multiple brands, markets, or geographic regions.
Benefits
- Annual starting salary range of $150,000–$190,000 USD.
- Remote work opportunity within the United States.
- Additional benefits and perks are not specified in the provided job description.
