BA/ PM with Salesforce

• Very good ITIL process knowledge
• Salesforce Technical knowledge is preferred( at a minimum configuration skills)
• Should have played an advisory role
• Business process engineering skills
• Should have played solution architect role
• Very good communication skills
• ITIL Expert certification preferred. At least intermediate ITIL certification
• Experience working with remote teams must
• Production support experience is a must
• Total IT exp 10 plus years ITIL experience
