Job Openings Engineer - Infrastructure & Platforms

Manage and support enterprise infrastructure platforms and related systems
Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for infrastructure-related incidents
Support the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of servers, storage, virtualisation, and SAN environments
Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable operations
Support ongoing infrastructure projects and ensure the timely delivery of assigned tasks
Maintain and administer Oracle Solaris and Linux operating systems
Manage and support Oracle, HP, and Dell server platforms
Support virtualisation and hyperconverged platforms, including HPE SimpliVity, Nutanix, and Huawei FusionCube
Administer and support storage platforms, including Hitachi, Huawei, and HPE storage solutions
Support SAN infrastructure configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Maintain accurate documentation for infrastructure configurations, procedures, and changes
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for issue resolution and project activities
Ensure infrastructure systems comply with operational standards, security policies, and best practices

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSc Engineering) or an equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
Have experience in managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure environments
Possess good knowledge of Oracle Solaris and Linux operating systems
Have hands-on experience with Oracle, HP, and Dell server platforms
Possess knowledge of virtualisation and hyperconverged platforms such as HPE SimpliVity, Nutanix, and Huawei FusionCube
Have experience with enterprise storage platforms**,** including Hitachi, Huawei, and HPE storage solutions
Possess a good understanding of SAN technologies and infrastructure
Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects and operational tasks simultaneously
Possess good communication and teamwork skills
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage tasks within agreed timelines
Relevant technical certifications will be considered an added advantage
Practical experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes will be considered an added advantage
Exposure to CI/CD practices and observability tools will be considered an added advantage
