Description

• Drive product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business and user needs.
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality digital products.
• Manage product lifecycle from conception to delivery, adhering to budget and timelines.
• Utilize market and user feedback to guide product development.
• Facilitate alignment sessions with stakeholders and communicate progress.
• Ensure product technology and workflows are user-friendly.
• Monitor and mitigate product and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee product life cycle, managing scope and ensuring timely delivery.
• Apply agile methodologies to manage sprints and delivery cadence.
• Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with business partners and stakeholders.
• Leverage user feedback and data to inform product development.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and advocate for end-users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of digital product management experience.
• Experience managing complex products or multiple product families.
• Previous healthcare or health IT experience is preferred.
• Experience working in agile teams is required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and escalate risks.
