Executive, Designer

The Executive Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, websites, mobile applications, and print materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of creativity, an understanding of branding, and the ability to translate marketing ideas into effective visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design daily social media creatives for Facebook and Instagram: posts, carousels, stories and reel covers.
• Produce Meta ad creatives in several sizes (1:1, 4:5, 9:16) and versions for A/B testing.
• Design offer and campaign visuals for month-end sales, festivals (Eid, Puja, Pohela Boishakh, Valentine's, wedding season) and service launches.
• Retouch and colour-correct before/after shots of makeup, hair, skin, nail and bridal work so they look natural and on-brand.
• Create visuals for SMS/app push banners, website sliders and the booking app.
• Design print and in-studio materials: flyers, menu/price cards, standees, gift vouchers and signage.
• Edit short-form video (reels, influencer content) with text, music and motion graphics.
• Maintain brand guidelines and a template library so the team can move fast and stay consistent.
• Work with the marketing team, beauty experts and influencers to brief and plan shoots.
• Use ad performance data (CTR, cost per message) to improve creatives each cycle.
• Deliver files on time, in the right formats, with organised source files.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
