ServiceNow Developer

At Nimber, we're looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a challenging international project within the banking sector, focused on the development, maintenance and continuous improvement of enterprise Service Management platforms.

You'll work in an environment supporting over 130,000 users and 11,000 service fulfilment professionals, across multiple ServiceNow instances used for IT operations and business processes.

This role combines JavaScript development, platform configuration and application support, offering the opportunity to work on a wide range of solutions, from IT Service Management (ITSM) to employee portals and business-specific applications.

Previous ServiceNow experience is valued, but training on the platform is planned, making this an opportunity for developers with strong JavaScript skills who want to specialise in ServiceNow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, configure and maintain applications and functionalities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements for IT and business applications.
• Work with ITSM processes, including incident, problem, change and service catalogue management.
• Support the development and maintenance of user portals, service catalogues and custom business applications.
• Develop and customise platform functionalities using JavaScript.
• Work with REST APIs to support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Contribute to frontend customisation using HTML, CSS and AngularJS.
• Manage platform configuration, maintenance activities and technical improvements.
• Investigate and resolve application issues, ensuring platform stability and operational continuity.
• Collaborate with international IT teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript development.
• Good understanding of web application development and integration principles.
• Experience developing, maintaining or supporting enterprise applications.
• Ability to investigate technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach to learning new technologies and improving existing solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English (mandatory).

Nice to Have

• Previous experience with ServiceNow development, administration or configuration.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes, including incident, problem and change management.
• Experience developing or integrating REST APIs.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and AngularJS.
• Experience with ServiceNow portals, service catalogues or custom applications.
• Previous exposure to banking or other large-scale enterprise environments.
• Professional proficiency in French.
