Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures.
• Build intelligent AI agents using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop MCP (Model Context Protocol)-based integrations with enterprise platforms, applications, and developer tools.
• Design enterprise AI architectures integrating LLMs, vector databases, enterprise APIs, and backend systems.
• Implement advanced prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.
• Develop tool-calling and function-calling capabilities for AI agents.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for efficient information retrieval and contextual responses.
• Integrate LLM-based solutions with enterprise applications and backend systems.
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and reliability of AI-powered solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, security teams, and operations teams to deliver secure and compliant AI solutions.
• Drive technical design and implementation of AI solutions from development through deployment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI development.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks and AI agent development.
• Experience in developing MCP (Model Context Protocol)-based integrations.
• Good knowledge of vector databases and semantic search.
• Strong experience in prompt engineering and context engineering.
• Hands-on experience with tool calling and function calling.
• Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise APIs and backend systems.
• Understanding of enterprise AI architecture, security, and compliance requirements.
