Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manual Testing (50%)

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, integration, and UAT testing across web and mobile applications.
• Log, triage, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
• Validate end-to-end business workflows, including edge cases, data integrity, and failure scenarios.

Test AI-driven and agentic features, including

o Response quality

o Guardrails validation

o Tool-calling accuracy

o Non-deterministic outputs

Contribute to

o Test planning

o Effort estimation

o Release sign-off

o Quality reporting

Test Automation (50%)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable UI automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Automate mobile application testing (Android/iOS) using Appium.
• Develop and execute API test suites using Postman and code-based testing frameworks in Python or Java.
• Create and execute performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and rapid feedback.
• Improve test coverage, reduce test flakiness, and optimize execution time.

Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing approaches such as

o AI-assisted test generation

o Self-healing automation scripts

o Agent-based test orchestration

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 4-7 years of software testing experience with a balanced background in manual and automation testing.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python or Java.

Hands-on experience with

o Playwright

o Appium

o Postman

o JMeter

Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform

o AWS

o Azure

o GCP

Strong understanding of Agentic AI solutions, including

o AI agents and workflows

o Tool integration

o Task orchestration

o Validation and testing methodologies

Solid understanding of

o SDLC

o STLC

o Agile/Scrum practices

o Test design techniques

Experience with

o CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)

o Git Version Control

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
