What You'll Do

- Cybersecurity & Risk

Strengthen cybersecurity frameworks, ensure data protection, and maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and security standards.

Lead technology modernization initiatives, automation projects, ERP optimization, and digital innovation programs.

- Project Leadership

Manage enterprise IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.

- Vendor Management

Build strong relationships with technology vendors and service providers while optimizing IT investments.

- Team Leadership

Develop, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

- Business Partnership

Collaborate with business leaders to identify technology opportunities that improve productivity, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Who You Are

Educational & Professional Credentials

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. A postgraduate qualification and relevant professional certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, or equivalent) will be an advantage.

Technology Leader

Minimum of 10 years' progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing, industrial, FMCG, or related sectors.

Strategic Thinker

Demonstrated success in developing and implementing enterprise IT strategies that support business growth.

Cybersecurity Champion

Strong understanding of information security, governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

Digital Transformation Expert

Experience leading ERP implementations, cloud migration, systems integration, automation, and enterprise technology projects.

People Leader

Proven ability to build, develop, and inspire high-performing technology teams.

Business Partner

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
