Your tasks

• Technical Solution Design & Engineering

Architect robust solutions for complex problems, leading the design and implementation of advanced custom developments and critical ERP integrations to meet long-term goals.

• Client Consultancy & Advisory

Advise clients through technical workshops, translating architectural concepts into business language and performing system Health Checks to mitigate risks.

• DevOps & Release Strategy

Oversee release management via CI/CD pipelines, coordinating schedules with stakeholders to ensure seamless, zero-downtime updates.

• Quality Assurance & Best PracticesEnsure code quality by defining standards, leading peer reviews, and guaranteeing secure, maintainable deployments.

Requirements

• Advanced Technical Proficiency: Hands-on proficiency with Apex, LWC, Flows, security, and REST/SOAP enterprise integrations.
• DevOps & Methodology: Skilled in Git, CI/CD, and professional release management.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Expert in root-cause diagnosis, reverse engineering, and production bug resolution.
• Ownership Mindset: Highly client-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Independent Execution: Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results effectively.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
