Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement architecture standards for integrating third-party subscription data into enterprise systems.
• Convert licensing agreements, contractual terms, and data usage policies into practical technical controls.
• Define best practices for storing, transforming, accessing, and sharing licensed data across internal platforms and applications.
• Collaborate with data, technology, AI, and innovation teams to deliver effective integration solutions.
• Create reusable frameworks and processes for onboarding additional data providers and subscription-based sources.
• Participate in hands-on development activities, including prototyping, data modeling, code reviews, and solution testing.
• Assess technical risks, evaluate architectural options, and communicate recommendations and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
• Promote consistent data governance and integration practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Databricks, SQL, and Python.
• Experience working with enterprise search platforms, AI assistants, large language models (LLMs), or AI agent solutions.
• Knowledge of data integration patterns, architecture design, and enterprise data management.
• Understanding of third-party data licensing, subscription agreements, and data usage restrictions.
• Experience defining technical standards, governance controls, and reusable integration frameworks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Glean or similar enterprise search and knowledge management platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and agent-based applications.
• Experience integrating external data sources into enterprise AI and analytics environments.
