Systems Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst for a long-term consulting engagement with one of our Fortune 500 clients in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Participate on project teams formed to research, recommend, implement and maintain real estate technology based information and reporting systems.
• Lead the dialogue with Global Real Estate business partners to elicit requirements for ongoing process optimization and improvement initiatives.
• Design, develop and implement custom application functions and reports in accordance with stated business requirement.
• Author detailed technical design specifications and unit test cases in connection with developed product.
• Participate in ongoing production support activities involving a multi-enterprise, integrated property management and accounting platform.
• Research, document and remediate more complex technical and application support issues.
• 5+ years of overall experience including recent work as a Systems Analyst.
• Financial services industry experience is strongly preferred; specifically any experience with real estate technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
