Overview

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI-First) who wants to shape the future of engineering by combining expertise in cloud-native development with next-generation AI tooling. At Publicis Sapient, you’ll be part of a global team creating scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that accelerate digital transformation for our clients. We help businesses build what matters through human insight and machine intelligence.

Your Impact

• Design and develop robust, cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architectures
• Create and implement secure APIs and distributed systems leveraging Microsoft Azure services
• Apply AI-assisted development tools to enhance developer productivity, code quality, and delivery speed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions
• Champion AI-driven engineering best practices, helping elevate automation, testing, and performance optimization
• Contribute to technical design reviews, promote continuous learning, and drive adoption of emerging technologies

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on backend and cloud-native systems
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and cloud architecture (preferably Azure)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development platforms, such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI pair programming tools
• Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring/logging frameworks
• Practical knowledge of software security principles and data protection in cloud environments
• Ability to design, deliver, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications in a collaborative agile environment
