Data Analyst

Pay Range

$50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze employee and contractor data across the organization.
• Generate reports and summaries based on location, division, and business unit.
• Break master datasets into approximately 20 separate files based on specified criteria.
• Audit data for accuracy, identifying missing records and discrepancies.
• Manage stakeholder requests to update employee records, maintaining detailed change logs and version control.
• Utilize Excel formulas to automate processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Handle highly sensitive HR data with strict confidentiality.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• 5–10 years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills: Strong formula-building capabilities and experience manipulating large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail: Ability to identify inconsistencies and errors in data.
• HR data/HRIS experience preferred: Familiarity with HR data and report generation from Workday or comparable HRIS.
• Experience in handling sensitive information appropriately.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder requests.
• SQL scripting/querying experience.
• Familiarity with Tableau and other HRIS platforms.
