PC Technician / IT Support

Pay Range

$20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for PC systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Maintain and repair IT equipment while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Travel to various client facilities, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel extensively to client locations.
• Experience with network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
