About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer Contractor to join a dynamic team in the tech industry. In this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements and enhance system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
• Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow solutions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Integrating ServiceNow with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in ServiceNow solutions.
• Utilizing ServiceNow's scripted REST API and other integration tools to enhance ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements

• Excellent working knowledge of CMDB and various integrations for configuration items, including Service Graph Connector, Tanium, JAMF, Solar Winds, etc.
• Experience in configuring integrations to maximize the quality and completeness of the CMDB.
• Knowledge of Technology Asset Management as it relies on the CMDB for operation.
• 6-9 years of advanced experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ITOM and ITSM modules.
• Familiarity with the latest ServiceNow updates and features.
