- Lead, coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants on engagements, reviewing deliverables, evaluating achievements and supporting their technical and professional growth.
- Lead the design and writing of commercial proposals and identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts and with new clients.
- Support account development and go-to-market initiatives across priority offerings, in partnership with Senior Managers and Partners.
- Manage staffing and resource planning for your engagements, working with the Senior Manager and staffing team to ensure efficient delivery.
- Participate in hiring, career development, performance evaluation and retention of cybersecurity talent, acting as a career coach for a group of team members.
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity and AI security trends, regulations and threats, and bring them into client work and Sia’s offers.
- Contribute to the team’s internal initiatives (Learning and Development, Squads, Lunch and Learns, Cyber Events) and to the firm’s eminence through articles, white papers, webinars, and representation at professional events and trade shows.
- Prepare and present regular status reports on engagements and business development activities to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field from an accredited college or university. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity within a consulting firm or a cybersecurity solutions, service provider or integrator, including at least 2 years leading engagements, workstreams or teams.
- Demonstrated contribution to business development and client relationship management, including proposal writing and account growth in the U.S. market.

- Deep expertise in at least two of our eight offerings, with experience in risk management, compliance, incident response or security operations.
- Working knowledge of networks, operating systems, cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP) and major security technologies such as IAM, EDR, DLP and CASB.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP or ISO 27001 LI/LA are highly desirable. High potential candidates without certifications may join our internal Cyber Training program within the Sia Cyber Institute.
- Excellent leadership, communication, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
