• Minimum 5+ years Tandem development experience in high availability environment
• Minimum 5+ years experience in Tandem INSPECT/eINSPECT/visual inspect
• Minimum 5+ years Tandem COBOL and C++ experience
• Minimum 5+ years Tandem PATHWAY experience
• Experience with payment and debit networks (Visa, MC, Discover, Star, Pulse, etc)
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels
