We’re seeking an experienced Senior IT Projects Engineer (Level 3 Technical Support) to join a fast-growing MSP in Dublin. With record-breaking client acquisition this year, we’re expanding our team to deliver complex client projects and migrations.

What You'll Do

• Lead IT projects, including migrations, upgrades, and cloud deployments.
• Work directly with clients to solve technical challenges.
• Deliver top-tier technical support for a variety of business environments.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• MSP or Microsoft Partner experience is essential.
• Proven experience with client projects (migrations and cloud solutions).
• Strong technical background:
• Microsoft 365 Administration & Azure
• Active Directory & Server Migration
• Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Windows Server, VLAN, and DNS Management
• Exchange & SharePoint Configuration
• Microsoft Certifications (or working towards them).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland and commute to North Dublin.
