• Location: Chennai
• Work Mode: Work From Office

2. Role Description

The Generative AI Specialist should build GenAI and LLM model-driven solutions using state-of-the-art models such as OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, along with open-source models such as Llama and Mistral.

The candidate should have expertise in fine-tuning and training models and should have implemented projects involving Agents, Tools, and RAG solutions.

3. Required Technical Skills

• LLM Models: OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, Mistral.
• Generative AI: Fine-tuning and training models; Agents, Tools, and RAG solutions.
• Vector Databases: Hands-on expertise integrating LLMs with ChromaDB, FAISS, and Pinecone.
• Model Optimization: Expertise in PEFT and model quantization.
• Programming Languages: Python.
• Machine Learning Frameworks: TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• AI Libraries and Tools: Hugging Face, Transformers, LangChain.
• Machine Learning: Good expertise in implementing machine learning and deep learning solutions for at least 2 years.

4. Preferred and Optional Skills

• Expertise in data preparation and analysis.
• Hands-on expertise in deep learning model development is preferred.
• Experience deploying models on AWS is desirable but optional.

5. Project Experience Requirements

• At least 1–2 live implementations of Generative AI-driven solutions.
• Extensive experience implementing chatbots, knowledge search, and NLP solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing machine learning and deep learning solutions.
