Summary

• We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our Corporate IT organization.
• In this role, you will lead the administration of on-premises and colocation servers, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud environments, backup and recovery systems, and infrastructure security.
• You will also serve as an escalation point for the service desk.
• You will support both server infrastructure and end-user computing devices, ensuring reliability, performance, and security across Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
• As a senior team member, you will mentor junior staff, contribute to IT strategy, and help drive process improvements and automation.

What You'll Do

• Administer and maintain on-premises and colocation servers and cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
• Lead the management of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and role-based access controls.
• Drive endpoint lifecycle management, including device imaging, Microsoft Intune administration, patch management, deployment, and Absolute.
• Oversee endpoint protection and monitoring solutions, including SentinelOne and Absolute.
• Design, implement, maintain, and regularly test backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Support and mentor service desk staff while serving as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure and endpoint health, performance, availability, and security.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and IT standards.
• Contribute to IT process improvements, automation, security initiatives, and infrastructure strategy.
• Provide the expertise and capacity needed to maintain momentum on critical projects, prevent delays, mitigate operational risk, and ensure continuity of delivery.
• Support key identity initiatives, including HR identity integrations, ServiceNow identity automation, Customer Dashboard identity requirements, CyberArk-to-Entra migration activities, and ongoing identity governance and access management efforts.

What You'll Need

• At least 8 years of systems administration experience supporting hybrid IT environments, including on-premises or colocation infrastructure and Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management tools.
• Deep experience with endpoint protection and monitoring solutions, such as SentinelOne and Absolute.
• Strong background in patch management, device imaging, software deployment, and endpoint lifecycle processes.
• Hands-on experience with backup technologies, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Scripting and automation skills; PowerShell, Bash, or Python experience is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, identity, cloud, and endpoint issues.
