HSE Service

• Conduct regular site HSE inspections, monitor PTW, JSA, confined space, lifting & working at height activities.
• Lead toolbox talks, HSE induction, safety training and emergency drills.
• Identify hazards, track non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
• Support incident / near-miss investigation, prepare HSE reports to client.
• Liaise with project team, contractors and TEN client HSE representatives.
• Promote safety culture and zero LTI target on site.
• Minimum 8+ years offshore / topside HSE supervision experience in oil & gas EPC project.
• Hold NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification; offshore survival certificates preferred.
• Familiar with offshore construction, risk assessment and client HSE management system.
• Fluent English, good communication skill in multi-cultural team.
• Familiar with PTW, JSA, HAZID, incident investigation.
