About the Role
We are building new capabilities to strengthen our existing product features and elevate the customer experience by addressing key user pain points through granular insights into user behavior and engagement on our platform. Our initiatives focus on improving CSAT and LTV while reducing customer-facing defects. In addition, we are leveraging insights from support conversations to drive better product adoption and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
As a Data Analyst, you’ll be the analytical engine behind these initiatives, partnering with Program Managers and Operations to bring structure, visibility, and actionable insights to complex data workflows related to the user experience by addressing critical incidents, outages and building an attribution logic around user impact. You’ll help the team measure what matters, identify performance gaps, and guide decision-making through data.
About the Team
At Uber, we reimagine the way the world moves for the better. Enabling this mission requires a strong foundation of operational excellence and innovative technology, and Uber’s Global Customer Experience (GCX) organization drives many of these critical capabilities, including app testing, localization and internationalization, map editing, routing diagnostics, and more. By combining advanced technology with human intelligence at scale, we operate high-impact programs efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on quality. Over time, we have built industry-leading expertise across both technology and operations to support these efforts.
Our tech-and-ops-driven approach, combined with Uber’s core platform capabilities, enables us to proactively identify and address product quality issues across key cross-functional initiatives. Through this work, we aim to create long-term impact for our users by continuously improving the quality of our products and features, ultimately delivering experiences that keep users engaged, satisfied, and build trust on the platform.
