Essential Job Functions

• Create and manage user profiles, sessions, and database accounts.
• Assign role-based security, access permissions, and authorization templates.
• Integrate user management via Infor OS or Ming.le.
• Monitor system performance and execute performance tuning.
• Schedule and run routine background jobs, data updates, and table reorganizations.
• Review system logs, track free disk space, and manage backup/recovery schedules.
• Resolve application errors, data bottlenecks, and user-reported bugs.
• Coordinate directly with Infor Support for patches, service packs, and bug fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring system or integration glitches.
