TM-Product Management Specialist(Global)-Shenzhen

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and identify key customer requirements for data center thermal products and critical customer application scenarios, and develop competitive DX product solutions.
• Analyze strengths and weaknesses of major competitors’ products and solutions in terms of performance, cost and other dimensions.
• Conduct regular sales data analysis and keep track of product sales trends.
• Monitor industry development, and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations and industry standard updates.
• Consolidate cross-product-line and cross-region market requirements for thermal products, formalize product development inputs, and drive product development and launch.
• Plan and manage the DX cooling product portfolio, including product phasing-in and phasing-out.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Refrigeration, HVAC, Air Conditioning or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; familiar with data center thermal solutions and products. Experience with DX CRAC, direct expansion cooling systems is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; capable of reporting in English.
• Strong team player, open-minded with excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, good at critical thinking and continuous improvement.
