Senior Agent Architect, Copilot Studio at Workana. We’ll keep it in your applied jobs, so you can see it later and be warned before applying to the same employer twice.

Who we are

Xenon7 helps large enterprises put AI to work inside their real operations. Through Experts-as-a-Service, we place senior specialists directly with client teams, backed by Xenon7 leadership and delivery standards. You work as part of the client team, with Xenon7 behind you.

What you would own

Our client runs a Citizen Development program that lets supply chain business teams build their own apps, flows and AI agents. The program is scaling its agentic side and needs one senior architect to set the direction and build the common foundation everyone else builds on.

You define the agent strategy and the common solutions behind it: a library of reusable agent templates in Copilot Studio, a simple interface where business users find, configure and launch agents from those templates (think of the experience Salesforce Agentforce offers), and the integration with the enterprise data layers that makes the agents useful. You work alongside Power Platform developers on the team and with Xenon7 leadership.

Key responsibilities

Shape the agent strategy

which agent patterns to standardize, how they are built, governed and scaled, and a roadmap the business can follow.

  • Build reusable agent templates in Copilot Studio for common supply chain use cases, with knowledge sources, actions, connectors and guardrails built in.

Design the template interface

a front door where business users browse, configure and request agents without starting from zero.

Integrate agents with the data layers

Dataverse, SQL, Databricks or Fabric, SAP and enterprise APIs, with the right authentication and access controls.

Set the technical standards

environments, DLP, ALM and pipelines, testing and evaluation, monitoring, and model choice across approved models.

Guide and coach

lead the developers on the team, support citizen developers, and explain options and trade-offs to business and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions, including 5+ years specializing in Power Platform at a senior or architect level.
  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, including deploying production agents with custom actions, connectors, authentication, and testing.
  • Proven track record of building reusable templates, frameworks, or component libraries adopted by other teams.
  • Experience integrating applications and agents with enterprise data platforms, including Dataverse, SQL databases, and custom APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environment management, DLP policies, Managed Environments, and ALM pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience defining software architecture or strategy and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory, as the role involves regular collaboration with an international team.
  • Must be based in Latin America or Europe with the ability to provide at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

Bonus points

  • Experience in pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries (GxP, PII, audit compliance).
  • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, MCP, multi-agent patterns, or supply chain domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on experience working with and evaluating multiple LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT models).
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, or AI-102.

Benefits

  • Compensation in USD
  • Fully remote work within Latin America or Europe with flexible time schedules
  • Career growth with international clients and dynamic projects
  • This is a long-term independent contractor agreement with no additional benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, etc.

How the process works

  • Intro call (30 minutes): your experience, an agent you are proud of, and how you would approach this role.
  • Technical deep dive (45 minutes): walk us through a template or architecture you built and the data integration behind it.
  • Client interview with the program owner; a second round with the wider client team may follow.
