UX/UI Designer - Part Time

# The Role

We are looking for a talented **UI/UX Designer** to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

**Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Apply A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to refine and improve designs.
• Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Ideal Profile

**Qualifications

**

• Proven experience as a **UI/UX Designer** with a strong portfolio.
• Strong understanding of **Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).**
• Proficiency in design tools – **Figma preferred**.
• Experience with **A/B testing** and data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of **front-end development technologies** (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS).
• Experience with **UX research methodologies** (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
• **Experience in the Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry is a plus.**
• Experience designing for **mobile applications**
• **Strong communication skills in English.**
