We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on SAP EWM solutions. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can effectively communicate with both technical and non technical stakeholders, ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support for SAP Extended Warehouse Management, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges related to warehouse operations. Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to optimize SAP EWM functionality. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and training materials. Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements within the SAP EWM environment. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with best practices. Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they are equipped to utilize SAP EWM effectively. Stay updated on the latest SAP EWM developments and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a deal breaker. Proven experience in technical support roles, specifically related to SAP applications. Excellent problem solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non technical stakeholders. Experience with system integration and data migration processes within SAP environments.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, or SAP SD. Knowledge of warehouse management best practices and logistics operations. Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 for user interface enhancements. Understanding of programming languages such as ABAP or Java for custom development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 7 years of experience in technical support, with a strong focus on SAP EWM. Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
