Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, J2EE, REST API development, AWS services, and AWS Step Functions.

The candidate will collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Java full stack solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Build backend services using modern Java frameworks and development patterns.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations using Java and J2EE.
• Implement responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Design and integrate cloud-based solutions using AWS services, including AWS Step Functions.
• Review application designs and code to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize backend services, database queries, and frontend interactions.
• Coordinate with QA and operations teams to support testing, deployment, monitoring, and production stability.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and development best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and enterprise development standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and integration details.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java and J2EE.
• Expertise in REST API development and enterprise application integration.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Step Functions.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, coding standards, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring developers and providing technical guidance.
