Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced XCUI Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Java, TypeScript, Swift, and test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright and Selenium, along with native iOS application automation using Swift and XCUITest (XCUI).

The candidate should possess strong analytical and debugging skills, with experience in API testing, functional testing, and integration testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
• Write and maintain automated test scripts using Java and TypeScript.
• Develop native iOS automation scripts using Swift and XCUITest (XCUI).
• Perform mobile application testing for iOS platforms.
• Automate REST APIs and web services using REST Assured, Postman, or equivalent tools.
• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze business requirements and understand critical application workflows.
• Debug automation failures and identify application defects.
• Participate in architecture discussions and apply appropriate design patterns.
• Prepare test reports, communicate risks, and provide timely updates on issues.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams in an Agile environment.
• Support continuous integration and delivery using tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Contribute to performance testing activities using tools such as JMeter.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software development and testing.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Java and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright and Selenium.
• Hands-on experience with Swift programming.
• Strong experience in iOS mobile application testing using XCUITest (XCUI).
• Experience writing and maintaining native iOS automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with REST API and web services testing and automation.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in functional and integration testing.
• Good understanding of Agile methodology and software testing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Experience with performance testing and JMeter.
• Familiarity with software design patterns and automation framework architecture.
• Ability to communicate testing risks and issues effectively.
