Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL and Apollo Federation or equivalent schema composition.
• Proficiency in Rust (strongly preferred), or Go/C++ with the ability to transition to Rust.
• Strong Java, Scala, and Spring backend development experience.
• Experience building and operating scalable production backend systems and API/middleware platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, caching, and performance profiling.
• Ability to read, debug, and guide teams across Node.js/TypeScript, Scala, and Java/Spring services.
