Job Summary

The candidate will serve as the Technical Lead for the MIGA Modernization Track, providing hands-on technical leadership and direction to the full-stack development team. The role involves modernizing and integrating enterprise applications, driving engineering best practices, and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, modernization, enhancement, and integration of enterprise applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.
• Develop responsive web applications using React/Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs, application components, APIs, and integration services.
• Modernize legacy applications toward modular, API-driven, scalable, secure, maintainable, and cloud-ready architectures.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations with appropriate authentication, authorization, validation, resiliency, error handling, and logging.
• Develop and optimize data-access components using SQL Server, Entity Framework/EF Core, LINQ, stored procedures, and optimized SQL queries.
• Establish engineering standards, design patterns, secure coding practices, code reviews, automated testing, and code-quality controls.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, automated builds and deployments, configuration management, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps/GitHub and relevant Azure services.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, defect resolution, release support, and post-production stabilization.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, Security, Data, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor developers, lead technical and design reviews, and promote reusable components and engineering best practices.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Developer or Technical Lead on complex, integrated enterprise systems.
• Strong technical leadership, mentoring, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
