Seeking for a Database Administrator to modernize court management applications using Agile methodology. As a Database Administrator, you'll be responsible for developing and supporting relational databases and enhancing application architecture. You'll work with technologies supporting case management, electronic filing, online public access, and more.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle databases and application servers.
• Monitor and tune databases for maximum performance.
• Assist in software releases and follow quality standards.
• Provide database application support to judicial branch employees.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical staff to maintain application databases.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in database administration and design.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgresDB, Amazon RDS, and Amazon Aurora.
• Familiarity with Arkansas court systems is a plus.

Required Knowledge, Abilities, and Skills

• Expert knowledge of database design and administration.
• Experience with Oracle RAC, DataGuard, and database backup and recovery.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies and DevOps & Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Linux and Windows server operating systems.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
