Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Appian-based solutions as part of a broader development team.

Required Skills

• Understanding of reusable constants, expressions, and query rules.
• Build forms, grids, layouts, validations, filters, and dynamic interfaces.
• Use related objects for fast deployment.
• Create a custom and focused user experience.
• Build process models and executable workflows with user tasks, gateways, subprocesses, and script tasks.
• Create and configure record types, relationships, and record actions.
• Knowledge of low code integrations with external systems.
• Create scalable and maintainable applications.
• Certified Associate Developer Certification.
• 2 years related experience working in Appian preferred.
• Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities.
• Knowledge of basic database actions.
• Familiarity with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with non-traditional defense contractors preferred.
