Introduction

We are seeking a talented Sr iOS Engineer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge iOS applications. This role involves working closely with the design team to implement new features, optimize application performance, and ensure high-quality standards for our mobile applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or software engineering.
• 5-7 years of proven experience as an app developer.
• Extensive experience with iOS Frameworks and integrating vendor app SDKs.
• Knowledge of iOS back-end services.
• Proficient in Objective-C, Swift, and Swift UI.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on development of Android applications is a big plus.
• Proficient in code versioning tools including Git and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with Biometrics, push notifications, and usage of Camera APIs.
• Experience with continuous integration and unit tests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong focus on troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Designing and building native mobile applications for the iOS platform.
• Collaborating with the design team to define app features.
• Ensuring quality and performance of the application to specifications.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving application bottlenecks.
• Fixing application bugs before the final release.
• Publishing applications on the App Store.
• Maintaining the code and automation of the application.
• Designing and implementing application updates.
