Network / System Engineer III

Introduction

The candidate will work across the Engineering organizations within Application Production Services Engineering to quantify and measure the overall effectiveness of the organization. The candidate will work alongside other team members to collect key metrics, normalize them, and publish them to be consumed by senior management. Initially, the reporting will focus on “what we currently have”, but will mature into “how can we optimize”, and then will help communicate the message to the Senior Leadership Team, and to the respective CIO Partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to analyze large datasets and normalize them in a consumable way by executive management
• The ability to “tell a story” by using data to market, optimize, and clearly provide the value of the organization
• A team leader, who can bring different points of view and converge on a single aligned message
• A willingness to learn and adapt new processes and technologies as the business continues to evolve
• 2 years of Data Analytics or MBA/Masters Equivalency
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Excel
• Experience with Client PowerBI / Salesforce Tableau
• Knowledge of Python/Data modeling languages
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira
• Critical thinker who can communicate effectively across different levels in the organizations

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work with team members to collect and analyze key metrics
• Normalize and publish data for senior management consumption
• Communicate findings and strategies to the Senior Leadership Team and CIO Partners
