Role Overview

Seeking a Senior UX Designer to design user-centered experiences for complex, highly automated products. Responsibilities include creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready designs while collaborating with UX leads, engineering, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX interaction design and validation for complex products.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Drive user-centered design decisions and feature requirements.
• Maintain UX and system design documentation.
• Collaborate with UX leads, engineering, and development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct design research, usability validation, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX design and project execution experience.
• 4+ years of web and mobile visual/UI design.
• 4+ years applying user-centered design to complex interfaces.
• 4+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• 3+ years presenting research, design concepts, analysis, and test results to stakeholders.
• 3+ years of technology/product development experience.
• Portfolio (website or attachment) demonstrating UX/UI design, prototyping, user flows, and problem-solving is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years designing in-vehicle interfaces/displays.
• Experience with agriculture or industrial vehicle interfaces.
• Product discovery, UX research, and concept validation.
• Strong visual design, accessibility, hierarchy, and branding skills.
• Experience with UX metrics and user-centered design processes.
• Ability to influence product decisions and advocate for end users.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, storyboarding, and user flows.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
